        <p>
As always I try to plan my meals for the week so I have things prepared.  This
helps me keep on track and I always have something healthy close by just in case I
get a hunger attack.
</p>
        <p>
          <strong>
            <font size="3">Monday - Friday</font>
          </strong>
        </p>
        <p>
          <u>
            <strong>Breakfast</strong>
            <br />
          </u>
          <br />
          <strong>
            <em>Yogurt with Oats</em>
          </strong>
          <br />
   - Yogurt is light and low in calories.  I add the oats because
they are healthy and they keep me satisfied and energized until my first snack of
the day.
</p>
        <p>
          <strong>
            <u>Snack #1</u>
          </strong>
        </p>
        <p>
          <strong>
            <em>Banana</em>
          </strong>
          <br />
   - My first snack for the day will be a banana.
</p>
        <p>
          <strong>
            <u>Lunch</u>
          </strong>
        </p>
        <p>
          <strong>
            <em>3 Egg White O<span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: #003300; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">melet</span><br /></em>
          </strong>   - You may be wondering why I am eating a breakfast
food for lunch. Well, its very healthy and very fulfilling. I love eating eggs and
it is very satisfying.  I add some onions, mushrooms, and fat free cheese. I
usually cook these <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: #003300; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">omelets</span> at
night or on Sunday for the week. I store them in small plastic containers and just
nuke them for lunch.
</p>
        <p>
          <strong>
            <u>Snack #2</u>
          </strong>
        </p>
        <p>
          <strong>
            <em>Grapes</em>
          </strong>
          <br />
   - I have some grapes mid afternoon and I keep some close by to help
me with those late afternoon munchies.
</p>
        <p>
          <strong>
            <u>Dinner</u>
          </strong>
        </p>
        <p>
For Dinner this week I wanted to mix things up a little bit. Usually I will have the
same thing every day but every once in a while I'll make sure to add a variety of
things. I went grocery shopping and bought the stuff I needed.  I had everything
on hand so I could quickly make my dinner without having to stop at the store on my
way home from work every day.

          <strong>Note:</strong> I meant to post this blog on Sunday but just got around to
it today. I made the Stuffed Peppers yesterday and tonight I made the Chicken Salad
Wraps. Let me tell you, both nights were awesome! They were very satisfying, very
healthy, and very tasty!
